This "playground" series was done for the Northwest Chinese Academy's fund raising event. Given the large number of kids, I had only 10-15 minutes to photograph each. Despite of the time constraint, the alone time I got to spent with each kid was something special. I let them have fun and make choices. Their interests and temperament revealed themselves and became the inspiration for the resulting photographs.
